Bread rolls (bread machine dough)

This is a minor modification of my pizza dough recipe, very very easy to make the dough in a bread machine, I let it prove for a further 20 minutes in the machine after the 45 minute dough only cycle and then cut into nine equal pieces, shape and place onto an oven tray which has been lightly covered in semolina to prevent sticking. You need to leave a good 3 or 4 cm between each ball of dough as with the second prove they will expand and they will grow further when you bake them. I cover with a tea towel and allow to prove for a second time around another 90 minutes before baking for 20 minutes in an oven at 200°. Fabulous warm and fresh with homemade soup or wonderful the next day, they slice really easily and a perfect as burger buns!
